After what seems like an eternity, we finally have NLF-30's back in stock. No point in giving the whole song and dance about the various things that happened - it's just mightly good to have them back in inventory!
We apologize to all the faithful - and extremely patient, followers who have been waiting for their reappearance.

The NLF-30 is temporarily out of stock. The kayak fishermen (bless their hearts!) cleaned us out of inventory. As soon as the next production is delivered we will re-activate the 'buy' button.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello Jack! Just a quick note to let you know that I finally got an opportunity to go fishing and use the new rod and reel you sent to me. Although it is not as smooth as the NLF, it still feels very comfortable, and I pulled up the only monster mackerel (5 of them close to 2 lbs each - the largest ever seen on the pier), caught today. I told everyone that it had to be the Qualia equipment. LOL! I will continue to spread the name Qualia to all that will listen. You make a very impressive product. Thank you once again.

Wow! What a reel my NLF-60 is just awsome. After using it for Striper Fishing here in SF Bay I can tell you that I love the oversized grip and longer handle. No more tired hands from cranking in 2oz Kastmasters all day with 20lb fish. Also the flatline Wrap feature is a must for anyone using braided line. No more valley in the middle of the spool. Keep it up Jack!

I fish the pier in Newport Beach, CA with a 10 hook hand tied bait rig and can sometimes hook 8 to 10 Mackerel at a time. The (NLF)-30 performs flawlessly, I absolutely love this reel, and recommend it 100%. Now I must have one of the bigger ones also. Good job gentlemen.

Hi Jack,
Just a follow up on the NLF-30, it has perform flawlessly since it's arrival. I have landed several 30 inch and larger redfish on it without a hitch. The drag is very smooth, no herky jerky drag here! Recently I fished 3 consecutive days without oiling the reels. Remember I fish from a kayak and the reels are subject to much more severe abuse than normal. After the 3rd day the NLF-30 was just a smooth as the day it came out of the box, while the other reel was stiff and noisy. Both reels had been cleaned and lubed with the same lubricant before the first trip out. At half the price of the other reel the NLF-30 easily out performed the other brand.
I would highly recommend this reel to anyone looking for an excellent inshore reel!

I see that Henry is using your reels on Fishing the Flats, congratulations!

Hi Jack,
The reel performed flawlessly! It cast very well, and the drag was as smooth as silk! The weight of the reel is very comfortable, It could be used all day without fatigue. Performs as well as any reel at twice the price!

Both reds were boated within 10 minutes. I spotted both of them working the shoreline. The first one I cast about ten feet in front of him and let the jig sit until he was almost on top of it. Two quick twitches and he nailed it! The second one I chased up and down the bank for about 15-20 minutes and maybe 75 yards! I cast to him three times before he finally ate the shrimp!

Caught a third one...but it was on another reel set up to free-line a shrimp.

The more I use this reel the more I can't fish without it. I obviously have more than one rod and reel and I hate using the other reels because they feel like jello compared to the NLF-30. I really do love the product and can't go back to anything else!

I had to work Saturday so work gave me off today and I was by myself so no great action photos, but I have to say the reel (NLF-30) you sent me is awesome. It handled this Red very well.

Thanks,
