Where You Can Buy Qualia

Qualia reels can be purchased from a small number of quality retailers. Not all retailers carry every item, so call ahead to make sure it’s in stock.

We also make our reels available via an exclusive group of fishing guides, boat captains and lodges. Most use Qualia almost daily, and their clients often ask to buy the reels or rods they’ve been using.

They probably won’t sell you their own equipment, but they will take your order. Additionally, when you make a reservation for a visit, many lodges pre-order Qualia equipment and have it ready for you when you arrive. When you call for reservation information, ask about pre-ordering Qualia reels. There’s no better way to get a jump on your extreme fishing trip.

hi Jack
just wanted to let you know how your reels were holding up
i bought 5 x mul-10 reels about 4-5 years ago
and they are all still working i have done very little to maintain them only a strip and lube when they start playing up
the pick up pin pops up and stops the line at the most unexpected times and the
lure comes back at you at speed i think this is to do with the nylon or mono that you use i have changed to braid and am very happy with the performance
of the reel and braid
one problem all 5 of the reels have suffered is the plastic push button pins shear off
i have made up some steel pins that run all the way across and epoxied then in
a harder plastic or glass filled nylon may be a better choice on material for that part
backing off the drag when not in use is important as you state in the manual
